To create an account on GeeGee, you must provide the Registration Information and agree to the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy, which govern how we treat your Registration Information. This information is used to build your GeeGee profile/ experience and provide customized services, updates, and notifications. By registering as a Member, you acknowledge that we and other Members may identify you by your GeeGee profile.

If you choose to link social network accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, or Google), we may collect information from these platforms, including your contact lists and details about your use of our Platform.

1.2. Other Personal Information

We collect personal information when you complete, create events, or edit your GeeGee profile. You can provide additional textual or visual content (e.g., photographs and videos) to enhance your profile.

This information is collected to improve the quality of your experience on the Platform. It enables us to provide tailored recommendations, such as trainings, challenges and other updates/ features to enhance your experience.

1.3. Customer Services

When you contact our customer support team, we may collect personal information to respond to your inquiries and investigate potential breaches of our User Agreement or Privacy Policy. We also use this information to identify trends and improve our support services. This information is not used for advertising.

1.4. Using GeeGee

We collect personal information when you supply user-generated content, including comments, photographs, videos, and virtual items uploaded or broadcast on the Platform (“User Content”).

For example, when you install our app, create a training, or participate in one, we collect information such as your IP address and usage data, which may be associated with your account.

2.1. Use of Personal Information

Your personal profile information is private and only generalized information can be viewed by other members of your private GeeGee squad or when being added to a squad by your coach. However, it is accessible to GeeGee for purposes described in this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement.

You may withdraw or modify your consent for data collection and use by updating your account settings or closing your account.

2.2. Communications

We communicate with you via notifications, emails, SMS, and push notifications. Service-related communications are mandatory, while promotional messages are optional.

2.3. User Communications

Certain interactions, such as comments on challenge, may display your name and network details.

2.4. Customization and Service Development

We use anonymized personal information to conduct research, improve our Services, and customize your experience.

2.5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

3.1. Managing Personal Information

You can access, modify, or delete your personal information via your account settings. Account closures typically remove data within 48 hours, with full deletion within 30 days.

3.2. Rights to access, correct or delete your personal information and closing your account

You can change your personal information at any time by editing your profile, deleting personal information you have uploaded to or created on the Platform, or by closing your account. You can also ask us for additional personal information we may have about you.

You have the right to:

- Access, modify, correct, or delete your personal information controlled by GeeGee regarding your profile or any other personal information we hold about you;
- Change or remove your content and personal information; and
- Close your account.

If you wish to delete your account or require assistance with the process, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) by emailing dpo@geegeeapp.com. Our team will ensure that your request is processed in compliance with applicable regulations and timelines.

We may not be able to provide access to, correct, or remove any information about you that other Members have copied or exported out of our Service, as this information may no longer be within our control. In such cases, we recommend making requests directly to those Members or third parties who received your information via our Service.
